Our History

We are a family owned company that was established over 30 years ago by a local Knoxville gentleman named Buddy Gregg. He was an insurance Salesman in 1972 when he borrowed a motor home from a friend for his family vacation. That trip led to the development of Buddy Gregg RV and Motor Homes. His vision was to offer every person the ability to travel; to anyone that walked on his lot. 

Buddy passed his vision on to our new Owner who understands the importance of making memories with family. He has 14 grandchildren! He is an avid RV’er, hunter, outdoorsman and car collector. 

Our staff strives to keep that vision alive here at Buddy Gregg’s. We have well qualified RV Consultants and staff that care about you and your family’s needs. Our desire is to find the perfect fit for your family, lifestyle and budget.

Our Award Winning Service Department is here for you! Our Factory Trained Service Technicians are highly qualified to work on any repairs you may need. We have 22 Service Bays, a Detailing Department and a Body Shop. Once you join the Buddy Gregg Family you will have access to our Campground while any Service work is being done. 

We have over 26 acres of inventory located at the gateway to the Smoky Mountains just off Interstate 40/75 in the beautiful state of Tennessee. Our expanding Knoxville location is off exit 373 at Campbell Station Road, just minutes from Turkey Creek. Although our roots run deep in our local community; we serve everyone via internet or on site. We love having visitors from out of town. Come see us!
